Training My TWIN Sister

My TWIN sister has asked me to Personal Train her for a fitness/figure competition coming up at the end of September.

She has a couple of years of weight training experience but only knows what mainstream fitness magazines stick in her mind.

She is currently;
5’2
100 lbs.
10-12% Bodyfat. (lean just very small-just like me)

I put her on a 2200 calories diet with 200 grams of protein to help her bulk up.

She has been on this dietary regimen for about 2 months and hasn’t really gained. I was thinking of upping the calories to 2400.

Do you Guys/Gals have any training and or dietary tips(or T-Nation articles) that I can use to help her get into competition shape?

Id recomend checking out the stuff by Mrs. Beast, Christiane Lamy. Even try PMing/emailing her or CT.

She seems to know how to build some grerat mass and is said to eat more than CT to do so.

Other than that train like any other T-Person hard and heavy. But she will also have to keep her goals in focus.
