And ergo, too!

Let me rephrase, if I may… :

“Put up or shut up”

And secondly, Yea Mr hobson says fuck 135, but coleman says “i love 135 lunges.” Im training to bodybuild, Ipso facto, I listen to bodybuilders. Mr Hobson loses.[/quote]

what is funny, is that is how I fucked up my leg in the first place, hence their being a lagging part.

Front squatting 135, and I was all done. Xrays and doctor visits…

Light wieght killed me.

Wait so it was front squatting or lunges that screwed up your leg? Just wondering because I need to switch out back squats for a “safer” alternative (for me), I was planning on front squats…never really heard of people getting injured on these unless from wrist discomfort.

LOL, yeah, but I’m a spaz kid. Don’t go by what I say. I’m pretty sure my issue is in my ankle which caused me to fuck up the muscle next to the shin.

But who the hell knows. All I know is walking a mile and a half every morning fixed it.

My legs are by no means big and beefy, but the leaner I’m getting the more muscle is showing through(whowuddathunkit?!) Thanks for letting me hang with you fellas…keep up the good work!

You’ve put in a lot of work the past couple years and it’s paying off. Very well done Mama!

never mind the boobies, haha.

oh and my dorky pedometer…we’re attached, hehe…

Thanks Steely!! still feel like I have miles to go…now it’s a matter of refining/adding more muscle

Looking good! The legs I mean…I wasn’t looking north of them - I swear! : )

Thoughts on high rep (15-20 or more) sets please from the folks posting pics of big ass legs.

A comb, yes. A device to tame my hair, no. no comb can “control” my hair. it is in actuality FOOD for my hair!

That’s the only way I train legs now and I think it works muuuuuuuuuuuuch better than lower reps.

Me too. I wouldn’t say I have big ass legs though but they’re bigger since doing high reps.

Some of the guys on this site suck ass. All I’ve heard for years is people calling others out for leg shots. This thread should be fucking overflowing with leg pics from everyone who was always calling all of those people out.

We have WOMEN with more leg mass apparently. Do the rest of you even train legs?

Dudeabids, good work, mom-in-md, good work…synergy…what the hell, man. You didn’t have to make the rest of us look bad. Shit.

Ouch LOL. I guess I need to stop taking it easy on leg days anymore.

A more recent picture.

I think this thread was a wake-up call for me.

It has become a meme. If someone’s built, but has slightly less impressive legs than upper body, every skinny ass kid can call him out on it and instantly be superior. No experience, results, or expertise required. When talking to people about training, surprisinly many will say ’ yeah, and it’s so stupid to just train your upperbody and get huge while walking around on stick legs’…like most bodybuilders actually have no legs.
