How to Stay In Shape When Gym Time Is Limited?

About to turn 30, retired from boxing a year ago. Since then I do full body weights 3 times per week and 6 rounds on the heavy bag after a session. I train because I enjoy it and my goal is to just stay in shape and lose a bit of fat as my weight has gone up since boxing stopped. In about 7 months time my third child will be born so gym time will be limited and food choices won’t be as consistent. How do stay in shape while not training as much?
