Is there a good way of training girls so they could lose body fat and not put on too much muscle. If their goals ain’t gettting big. just to have a good body shape…
I train to get big because i am a guy so when it comes training with girls… i am kinda lost… so could someone plz give me some indications.

Yeah, take them to the gym and show them how to lift weights, properly! Training is no different for men or women. Just take her goals and then do some searches for many of the great programs already on this site.

OK, one more thing. The idea that ANY woman without amazing genetics, tons of steroids AND an insane work ethic will EVER get too big is ludicrous. If your GF is worried about getting too bulky, tell her to relax. It will NEVER happen.
