Training for 175lb Arnold Strongman World Championship (2013)

12/28/10 Last heavy day, End it with SQUATS
Last heavy day before my first PL meet just wanted to work up to a heavy single.

Back Squat

I had to go for the 2nd as the first rep was so crappy with my knees caving in. FOCUS KALLE!

I am very happy with my back squat training has went in 6 weeks. This is the first time in years i’ve back squatted this long every week. I still make stupid mistakes on the lift but I am going to give it more attention in 2011 and hope to start putting up some big weights.

Bored not training, little brother wants to do some crossfit crap so I once again beat him at it. Yea being strong helps.

Wasn’t that bad, took my brother about 10 minutes. I was just proud of him for getting that many on the Push Press. Its near his max. I think you could get 115 Push Press pretty easily if you trained for it. its all about timing

There is bits of truth in all of it, I eat with my hands a lot too, especially after training. Sees to help
