Other news, my upper back is gaining size. I have been a pansy with my eating missing meals because I am not hungry, stopped that this week and my weight is up to 188. Goal of being 190+ by the Powerlifting meet will happen.

No it means you should, It has a setting low enough, if not we can flip the bar around I’m only 5’6 so I say that because I had to do that once on someones yoke that didn’t have a low setting haha.

ahhh this is about equal to last weeks 200x8 if you believe rep calculators, I was way fresher going into last week and my technique was off. I am trying to do my overhead pressing in as beat up a state as possible to simulate contest conditions so good all things considered. 10lb PR would have been nice though

You got to push yourself to the limit sometimes and then go right over it and keep on pushing. I just realized I have two more weeks of training then rest before my meet. I will probably only train 3x a week but they will be heavy.
Oh about bulking this week I ate a ton of ice cream and got my bodyweight up to 192. After the bloat wore off I’m back down to around 188 but still gaining some weight
Squats and Thoughts
Anyone else have odd goals? One of my all time long goals is to have legs that total circumference is equal to my total height. I would need 33" legs Just about 6" on both legs to go

I made that set of squats harder then it needs to be, but oh well shows me when I set up right how much more weight I’ll lift 455!!!
5’6" is short enough for me its already hard enough to load stones on platforms haha

Hey thanks, I decided I just like strength sports, I want to do everything. But strongman is my favorite it tests truly everything IMO. Highland games might be the most fun though
