Thanks, trying to better every day and hopefully the effort ends up being enough to accomplish my goals I got. All I can do is shut up and train  Haven’t seen your log pop up in my HUB I am guessing you got a new one, I’ll have to look it up.

lolz found the first photo I posted of myself on T-Nation in 2007 damn I was small AND fat. I think i was about 205? Here is to hoping pictures from today are just as embarrassing as this 5 years from now.

Man I started off with nothin going for me. Ive been training for strongman for 5 years lifted weights for maybe 2 years before that. I remember the first time I deadlifted 315lbs I was so pumped. I’ve just kept working and being consistent and slowly gotten to a somewhat respectable level of strength

Hadn’t checked my mail. I got a surprise Valentines gift… from my 400lb training partner and best friend Wonder how much they will be worth after he wins the Arnold in 2 weeks?

I can’t stop laughing

I eat pretty much the same day to day, I hadn’t counted macros or actual calories.

Ends up about 2,200 calories and 250g of protein every day. No wonder I am so damn hungry

Kick ass man. It’s good to hear stories like that. its easy for me to lose perspective while I’m down in the day-to-day moving pussy weights around. I know ill get there someday though. sooner rather than later I hope!

Hell yeah man, first step don’t be so hard on yourself! I still have this problem. Its good cause you are never satisfied but at the same time you got to believe in yourself. This shit is so mental man. Let me know if you ever have any questions

Californias Strongest Man training 4 weeks out
Woke up and ate some damn oatmeal with damn peanut butter in it

drank two cups of green tea Followed by

a Rockstar Xdurance

aaanndd finally 2 scoops of Max Force. Yup time to go

Front squat

135x5
235x3
275x3
300x9 PR+15lbs

Wasn’t to hard till I racked the thing

sitting around for 10+ minutes watching others lift while I got to feeling normal again

Yoke 60ft

up to 550x2 fast fast fast felt like a feather on my back

Keg toss
2 sets of 2 with the little kegs, my 2nd throw on my 2nd run man i nailed that thing it FLEW probably a good 5’ over the 20’ tall branch I didn’t need to look back for that one. The big keg is frustrating me I am so damn short and stumpy i can’t get any good drive with it, I have to stand so damn far apart and if I dip a little bit the keg hits the ground. I was thinking just do the first 4 fast but you know screw that. Next week I am tossing the big keg till I find something that works

Stones to 48"

series

230,250,280 real fast and easy

tried to tug on my 350+ stone i got air under it but it is so chalky/dusty I had no grip. I need to seal that damn thing and load it.

250x5 1 motion

good day overall felt kinda ran down my piss afterwards was the color of orange crush I thought I was dying for a second till I remembered i started taking new supps lol

this training session induced an instant nap and I woke up feeling like doodie. It was a good one
