watched worlds strongest man than lifted some weights… My gut is so damn sore from ab rollouts and hanging leg raises Tuesday it felt like they were gonna tear setting up my bench arch today so much fun.

haha trying to get all the junk out my house now that I plan to going back down to 175 :o

Yeah getting my base strength up has worked well but I need to start with the conditioning again with californias strongest man has keg toss, truck pull, tire flip/keg carry medley and to drop some weight again…

Yeah its most competitive weight for me but didn’t have anything to keep me there but that whole strongman fitness thing and the Arnold comp seems like what I need to do.

I was like 185 but kinda fat, little did I know you shouldn’t do a pro/am for your first show. Well I guess it worked for you haha.

I came up to the Apple comp in 08 to do 175s but fucked up my thumb the week before I did the apple in 10 at 175 and Benji beat me than did Nats that year at 175 but I am a whole lot better now

Hook grip deads and heavy keg
went to bed feeling like shit my throat is all scratchy I think my system is still not recovered from that stomach virus I got. Im gonna limit the eating completly cut out gluten for awhile give my body some time to recovery. Still felt strong though! just awful…

used a texas deadlift bar its thinner felt so much easier…

deadlift feels great im about to pull some big numbers again just easing back in slowly no hurry. Last week I couldn’t hook grip the 455 this week I did it for 3 and it was way smoother and better.
I am still having a problem where my first rep i am putting my hips to low than its all straightened out and I get the right position on every rep after.
