a ton of backwards sled drags! My quads haven’t been that pumped in along time!

Feeling healthy again back to good training this week

Hey der…
just in case you don’t make it back to my log, I leave you this:

Basically I mashed up the meat pretty good with 1 egg and some pizza seasoning I have, til smooth. rolled it out onto a cookie sheet.
I sauted all the veggies I wanted in olive oil also sprinkling with pizza seasoning.

When the meat was done I drained off the excess grease…poured on the tomato sauce, veggies and piled on the mozzarella and pepperoni!..bake til bubbly/melty…

nomnomnomnom

Thanks Betty! I got to do that

Did a highland games this weekend it was fun I think i got 1 or maybe 2 slight prs but everything else was worse. I need to really practice if I want to get any better which I dont have time to do. Fun is over now little bit more training before I head to Colorado to do the Brian Shaw classic that is what I am taking seriously!

I may try to come watch the event.

Love how you have to practically stick your head out the window to unrack. Guess you don’t have to deal with snow on your face since you’re in California.

That would be cool! Should be a good event. I mean the #1 ranked strongman in the world is promoting it with all his own equipment. Plus its heavy and heavy is fun. I dont really have to stick my head out must just look like that, funny.

Worked up to 375x5 on back squats. had 8-10 but bad bar positioning and right shoulder was going numb. haha still a 10lb pr,

speed deads

light good mornings

hanging leg raise

medicine ball slams

you’re a powerhouse… and you totally have the Wolverine look back now hahaha. That “STRONG” shirt is sweet!
