Highland games look a little weird to my French eye, you on the other hand look very good.

4 days in a row and a 10lbs PR after hitting 2 meets. you are a beast.

finished in 70 seconds damn this was hell but happy to be finishing it 1st week of training it

Overhead Press Medley
200 keg
225 Axle
235 Log
115 circus db

having some issues with the keg press but strict pressed it and got the axle and log, Needed more leg drive which i didnt have after squats Thursday and that loading medley. Missed the db cause I couldn’t rack it right

Practiced the db found the “spot” it sits right on my upper back and banged out 5 easy

Practiced the keg, needs work

frame carry with a mock frame

did 2 runs sub contest weight

Simulated car dl

worked up to 6 plates for 12 in 30 seconds, like this

No stones bicep is healing up.

SO may plates… to move. Fun day worked hard, just the start…

I don’t know how you got a front squat PR with all this after the Highland Games. Which was after a meet.

Thanks Nikki, I didn’t really train for about 3 weeks other then the comps so I just feel like I have to do it. I actually feel better and better I am eating a TON

Yeah sorry Nikki :frowning: but glad you approve, lol It will grow back in 8 weeks for my next comp

just one of them days, in out get it done.

Oh BW is back over 200 which is a good thing. dunno how I lost 5lbs for a week there

I will be training 5 straight days so keeping volume low on some days like today

Worked up to 480x7 deadlift this killed me, rough rough but felt so good.

did some axle power cleans

some light row stuff

little abs

I came up with a revolutionary training system. I only let myself eat an ice cream sandwich if I get a PR. You’ve never seen a fat kid try so hard. I rewarded myself with 2 after that deadlift set Strict overhead tomorrow

I don’t think i wrote that right. I did 205 in May. I think I hit 180 early in the year or December but this was my first time trying reps with this weight.
