My ankle really swelled up and my knee pain got worse after training last night, it was dumb in hindsight oh well it got better today. Going for A.R.T/chiro on Friday to at least asses the issue. Of course tomorrow at work I have to walk an obscene amount of fields. Perfect timing!

Mainy thanks yeah I hadn’t tried to max lately on that and it has felt strong so I know how to be smart and go for it.
Had an A.R.T appointment this morning and turns out I have a strained or sprained M.C.L and meniscus but it should be fine with rest. I am wanting to play it safe so I will probably only do upper body stuff leading up to my comp. Not sure how to structure that split up. It will probably be a bit more bodybuilder so any advice is very appreciated.
Also he said i tore the muscle on the side of my calf/shin him working on that was the most painful A.R.T has ever been wow! feels a lot better after the visit though

I will work on some weaknesses I may only be 200lbs but still got the typical strongman physique, big legs, back, under developed chest and arms and a bit fluffy around the midsection lol

Events, Knee felt best ever this morning helped my throwing buddy move and I ate LOTS I woke up at 6 eggs fried in coconut oil a bannana and half a pint of raw milk. then few hours later ate 10oz grass fed beef. cup of sweet potato fries other halff of the pint of raw milk and then made a big ole peanut butter & jelly sandwich. I’m a growing boy

i was silly and tried to pull 355 (each hand 710 total) I used straps and broke it off the ground haha these are VERY hard to pick farmers. I think I could have grinded them out if I needed to but it would have killed me, haha getting strong!
found out the training partner who didn’t show up didn’t leave his tacky at the gym, I HATE lifting stones without tacky just walked up and loaded the 280 though! a 30lb tackyless pr.
Also did 3x8 on overhead yoke press with the bar at forehead height.

I did very very little volume and was truthfully a little lazy today. I mainly went to help my buddy out with his training. Pretty happy I feel very confident I can hang with the big boys cutting from 240 for this comp. I got big goals and I will achieve them
