Thanks I feel great. Other then my knee and ankle being swollen I’m not sore at all so right back into training with Close grip bench this afternoon. I put a TON of BCAA’s in a gallon jug of water and chugged that throughout the whole comp. It also has beta alnine and some other stuff in it. I think it really helped I am not sore or have that I got ran over by a truck feeling like I normally get.

My friend got some videos of the lifts also its the same stuff but I think some of the views are better and I like them.

Greg thanks, unfortunately no axes or swords this time. I guess that was just at the last one the guy put on. Good news is if you put on a good show at one of his comps for that you get free entry fee and hotel for the invitational so I’ll be back in February for my battle axe.

free hotel and entry to the next comp? Thats a pretty bad ass prize. I bet the competition will be even tougher at an invitational.

Works for me. I hope it is, it should be. The same guy I was 2 points off of for 1st this time won that earlier this year so I know I can hang though

Words can’t even say how proud I am of you. When I first wrote in this log, I wouldn’t have thought that in a few pages time that you would have won a strongman comp heading for Nationals.

deadlift I haven’t maxed but it should be about 100lbs higher
strict press is at 205 and I weigh right under 200

And i look tiny. lol
