I think I’ve gained a ton of size on my shoulders. It is comical how small my biceps are. No I can’t pose. I don’t usually share these pics but I take pics every few months to gauge progress even though strengths is my goal.

thanks, damn calling me on my bluff! haha I eat almost all steaks/beef I get grass fed beef from a local place here. So I make all kinds of burgers and steaks. They are so damn good they don’t need much work to be great. Fav side is probably cinnamon walnut mashed potatoes those things are good. I am more of a breakfast kinda guy though make some damn good eggs of any kind.

Of course i do. I work in agriculture so I get tons of veggies for free. I got like 20lbs of broccoli in the freezer. I eat about 2 cups lunch & dinner. I add a cup of spinach to my morning shake and eat a lot of salads as well. I end up eating less vegetables when eating a ton of food like I have been though.
