Yesterday I didn’t have a chance to get back to my house so I went to a commerical gym with my friend. Man I hate these places… I had to pretend like I am interested in signing up for a free pass which is always.
Started to do back squats then two douche bags kept eying me and wanted to have a squat off. Of course they where doing deep knee bends. It was just annoying… Of course I still out squatted them doing real squats. Then I emulated the way they did squats. wtf thats the easiest thing ever?

Then went to a local Amateur MMA fight. Was pretty cool my friends brother won and is now 4-0 except the thing ran 1 1/2 late and didn’t end till 11:30 I’m tired… Strongman events at 2PM

It was awful, when doing 1/8th squats I yelled squatting deep every rep haha… Sad people have to lie to themselves
Went to train and of course was 35 minutes late so was a bit rushed.
Quick recap
worked up to SOOOOOOOOOO miss of 266 on the log which would be a 11LB PR its happening any day now.
easily picked 280lb farmers walk and went about 15-20ft? which is a pr I had more in me but one of the farmers tilted to my right and as I tried to correct I basically walked sideways the whole time. So surprised by my increased grip strength
horrible time with 680lb yoke walk… I hate the yoke so much

quick question: when doing the stone trainer why weren’t you “lapping” the weight like you did with the log pressing?

The real good stone loaders 1motion the stone straight from the ground to the platform as its faster. The Stone trainer doesn’t really work well for lapping as its not round. I am just doing it to condition my back and help with my grip on the stones.

I am still happy with the attempt I just had to get my head through, my legs where still dead from squats the day before. Everything is improving. Its all coming together. I might throw up the video in a bit.
Went to a lingerie/pajama party last night in some superman pants haha. Got talked into trying to do a human flag on the stripper poles setup I tried to tell them thats not my kind of strength. No takers on me pressing them over my head. Oh well their lose. So another long night not normal for me! Went to probably the best kept secret little restaurant in California for breakfast damn I love this place. I am so ran down my bones feel sore! especially in my shin/ankle and forearms and my damn feet. Who would think carrying 560lbs or walking with 680lbs on your back hurts? I will officially do NOTHING today

I actually had marvel PJs with a spider man, iron man and hulk clips they where 3.50 at wal mart lol. Just superman briefs hey i got them for my birthday.
I was a big superman fan growing up but not so much anymore. He is a damn alien anyways how can you root for that? Also all that power and you act like a dummie around women? Thats the thing I’ve always disliked about super heroes. Thats why I like wolverine he acts like a man.
