Here is my delemma. I have always had more fatty tissue in my chest than others since I was a kid. Kids would always say “you lift weights or something?”, I was 8 at that time. I have always been a scrawny person and others would say “you need to eat more or you will blow away”.
Until 2 1/2 years ago when I started going to the gym. I started out just like most all beginners you see, on the belt machines. Then moved on to taking pro hormones “over the counter” from local stores and of course free weights. Trying not to add names here.
Anyway to the point here. I had a reaction and wound up with pudgy nipples. Kind of like womens. Not tits just the nipples.
Keep in mind I only weigh 178lbs at 6 foot tall. Not an overweight person by any means. Can I work chest 3 times a week with a day in between each day and not be overdoing it? I no longer take pro hormones or “boosters” because of the development ( my doctor said to stop if I wanted the growing issue to stop) and so called “illegal” in US is out of the question.
I have a great build (too me) I would like to show off once it becomes summertime minus the pudgy nipples. Looks like they are hanging there. My chest looks freakin great when the waters cold and they shrink.
you can. I think it would be safest to work the chest at a different angle each workout though. Flat one day, incline workout2, and dips or decline last workout

while i personally don’t know how to help you with this problem, It is ok to work out chest three times a week. Just do what the above said and you chest should adjust to the extra frequency. It is only one body part anyway so nothing wrong with upping the frequency.
you could succesfully train your chest 3 times a week but it would do nothing to address your problem. You cant spot reduce fat by doing more training for that specific body part. And beyond not being able to spot reduce fat your issue is probably not just fatty tissue but actual breast tissue from improper use of prohormones.
I believe you are correct about the improper pro hormone usage. I used a product (over the counter) that was supposed to block the estrogen when I came off each cycle. Well, apparently it did not work as it said. It was from the same company. It bought the whole on cycle off cycle.
Is there any product that can reverse this problem over the counter? I also notice when I take ZMA at night, the next day my chest hurts in that area around the nipple as it did when I began developing the unwanted situation.

What he’s talking about isn’t spot reducing. He’s trying to fill out an area with muscle.
Get some Rez-V from the store here. Taking that along with a cleaner diet shrunk up the little bit moob I had left from my fattie days.
As for your question, you can do whatever you want for training, but make sure you get in enough movements that train your back so you don’t get any imbalances.
No problem with training chest 3 times a week. I’ve been doing for quite a few weeks now in an effort to bring up my pitiful chest. Seems to be working too.
As for your other problem, you might want to talk to your doctor about surgery.

he’s happy with his level of muscularity just trying to burn off his man boobs with more chest exercises.
Losing some body fat (with proper nutrition and training, not ton’s of volume and high reps to “tone”) is the only likely thing to help, if that doesnt do it you will have to go under the knife
The surgery is for gynecomastia. It occurs when men with too much testosterone and turns into estogen, causing the growth of breast tissue in men.
The surgery is essentially a breast reduction. It was recently covered on thefitcast.com. Don’t know which episode. The host, Kevin, had it done, although for him it was because of naturally elevated levels of T.
The condition can be prevented with drugs, but I haven’t heard of any other way to treat it.
