Hi CT , so we muslim lifters will be having this month called ramadan which basically a daily dry fasting for 16-17 hour a day from sunrise to sunset .so with all the hype intermittent fasting is getting and some experts say that dry fasting is even more effective in terms of autophagy and fat burning so i was wondering if i could use it as an advantage to accelerate my fat loss gains so whats your prespective on that and what is the best nutrition and training guidlines best suited to those conditions also i am a type 2A .
