Do you get lettuce on the burger at McD or do you have to ask for it?
ironically i love onion rings but ask for no onions on my burger.

lettuce doens’t come on the dollar menu burgers. it’s all for the best anyway. lettuce would just get in the way of the anabolic affects of the burger patty.

I’m eating an omelette that I made using yellow peppers, onions and sausage. Meh. Ham > sausage and red peppers > yellow.

Get this guys… I’m on a diet. I’ve gone from a shade over 240lb to 231lb yesterday morning in 5-6 weeks. Guess what my diet for the last 2 days has been… Pizza last night, KFC pretraining today, and I’m about to have BBQ now as a post workout meal.

you need those cheat meals to get the metabolism cranking again. back in my bodybuilding days i would have one cheat day a week. i would always wake up the next day freaking starving because my metabolism had gone through the roof.

I tend to have 3 or 4 cheat meals each week :s

I’ve started to do cardio/HIIT/energy systems work tho recently and the weight’s falling off even tho I’m not eating perfectly. It’s great!

Indeed. I mean- nobody sayd it’s all… BLUE… on the inside.

went to brunch this morning. thought i was getting a nice manly meal with my beef tenderloin topped with poached eggs. not only was the portion size laughable, but the yolks were solid- not hard to the point of being disgusting, but like a solid yellow gel. the yolk should definitely run out after you pop the white.

brother had eggs benedict, turns out they cooked his eggs right. FML.

Sonic has some of the best fastfood onion rings. I work at Runza, a local fastfood chain, and you people always make me laugh, specifically ordering O rings, then specifically ordering no onions, defies my logic. But maybe that’s how you got really strong.

I have to go with maraudermeat here. The McD’s dollar menu gives the best bang for your buck. And nobody brought up youjizz yet? The selection on there is phenomenal.

Who are the strongest and most powerful athletes in the world? Olympic weightlifters

WHAT?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but you must state its your opinion!

You’re an idiot. It’s not an opinion, it’s a fact. No 181 pound powerlifter can squat 700+ pounds raw, ATG, high bar.

Ahhhh, man, it feels good to insult people. No wonder you guys do it alot to me!

B-Man, I really apologize for calling you an idiot. You’re a very knowledgeable man. It’s just so happens that you are talking with one of the most ingenius human being to ever log in to a strength training forum…
You mispelled INGENIOUS. Perhaps you should go enlighten Webster.
TYPE2B wrote:

This is another major problem as to why alot of trainees suck. They pay waaay too much attention to specificity. Some people think that you can raise your deadlift by X pounds, and your squat won’t go up unless you train it… BULLSHIT!!! Sure, it may not instantly raise your squat poundage, but that doesn’t mean that it won’t have an indirect effect… Take for example, the barbell row. A stronger upper back usually leads to a more stable squat. It won’t magically add X pounds on your squat, but it does have an indirect effect that can make things easier for you…
This paragraph clearly demonstrates you to be an internet guru lacking in real-world experience. But so you can prove me wrong I propose a plan. Spend the next 5 years doing squats and never ever deadlift. Test you maxes before and after, and let us know how your deadlift does. And…go!

TYPE2B, this is your routine given in Forums - T Nation - The World's Trusted Community for Elite Fitness this thread.

This is what I usually do:

An olympic lift or either one of their many variations. (heavy doubles and/or singles)

A type of squat. (sets of 4 reps.)

A posterior chain dominant movement IF NEEDED! (sets of 4 reps.)

Pressing movement (sets of doubles and/or singles)

A strict upper back pulling movement (sets of 4 reps.)

A bunch of isolation exercises IF NEEDED (sets of 4 reps.)

…Yeah, that’s pretty much what I do.

So that’s PRETTY MUCH what you USUALLY do? Impressive considering that you said in this thread you can’t even perform the olympic lifts. How often do you PRETTY MUCH USUALLY do this? Every day? What kind of results did you get out of this type of training?
TYPE2B wrote:
…everybody thinks I’m a nutjob. lol.
Squatting 5 days a week is not the reason.

That’s what I used to do. I changed up my routine.

TIME2BGAY

No one will take you seriously around here with all your dumb fucking questions. Just shut up and lift. You also need to stop over analyzing every little aspect about lifting.

Oh and stop with your olympic lifting elitist bullshit. Just because you like it does not mean it rules everything.

Your just as bad as 14 year old slipknot fans.

No one likes them.

No one likes you.

People might take you seriously if you even started to try to do these things.

for whatever reason, i’m never hungry first thing in the morning. it’s all i can do to choke down a protein shake. But after i’ve been up for about two hours the hunger kicks in and then i’m good to go all day. as a result, i don’t get much chance to eat a big breakfast. but i really dig french toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. I love to go to IHOP for dinner.

I like to order four pieces of french toast, four pancakes, four eggs over easy, four pieces of bacon and… you guessed it - four pieces of sausage. all of this comes on many different plates. i like to take it all, dump it onto one big plate, put the eggs over easy on top. then i break the yolks and pour syrup over the whole thing. I can down that shit in, like five minutes.

damn… i’m hungry.

Look out everybody. Lock your doors and be sure to hide the Oreo cookies and bacon. Bears have a very good sense of smell.

I have the same lack of hunger in the morning. If I don’t do something about it I can go until mid afternoon without eating. Usually two 8 ounce glasses of water will get the digestive system turning over and then I’m hungry.

I like pancakes eggs and bacon anytime. I like to salt and pepper the eggs, wrap them with the bacon sausage or ham in the pancakes and glob syrup all over it. The eggs HAVE to be over-medium. Wish I could eat with my hands in public - I like to slurp the syrup off my fingers.

You danced right around all the questions I asked you. Did you see any results from this routine you suggested to that guy? If not then what makes you think you can give advice? You’re the one backing down now.

that visual got me a little excited. is that normal?? i’m not sure if it’s the visual of the actual food being consumed in such a primitive nature or it could just be that charming albino.

reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where George was sneaking food into the bed while he was having sex. damn… the thought of rare Prime rib and bump’n nasties.

now i’m hungry and horny.

great thread…whoever started it.
