I cannot for the life of me find out how to track my order from this company. They do not have anywhere on their website that you can log in and check on your order, and when you do order something, the e-mail sent has no tracking information. I can call but not while at home as this is a gift for the person that is in the home with me.
Am I missing something?
I always get an email from fed ex with all that info. Possibly check to see if they have the right email address for you.

Why the hell would you post an order question from their site on another site? Did you also post this on other random sites? Ask someone on Amazon or maybe on IMDB. Just email them directly. It’s beside the phone number. It says Contact if you are having that much trouble.
