Just wondering has anyone else had troubles ordering from Elite Fitness Systems?
I ordered 2 e-books and never got them and have sent around 10 e-mails trying to find out what’s going on with basically no reply? I got one e-mail replied to saying that my order would be sent to another department to be rectified and then zip.
Anyone else had similar problems?
Call them, the problem will be taken care of in 5 minutes.
Yeah probably will do that…been a bit hesitant becuase its a call from Australia but youre right
Always have ebooks shipped to a gmail account. They always get lost in Hotmail accounts. Better yet, a school/work email address.

Based on what I’m reading here I can’t do much. To look this order up I would need either:
The email it was placed under.
The First and Last Name.
The order number.
Two things you can try until they contact you is making sure we are on your hotmail safe list. If not your ebook maybe in your spam folder as well as all our return emails. If you email Ronda to follow up please include all the info I indicated above.

Incidentally, even if you lose an ebook you bought from EFS, you can let them know and they will send you another link.

I got slugged $70 for a $130 order!
I placed a serious inquiry with questions about a power rack and shipping to Norway. Never recieved an answer. Oh well, there’s other manufacturers on the market.
