Isn’t as cheap as milk, but I do eat about 1.5 pounds a day right now.
Waylander is eating like 3 or something.
How do you eat it? Seasoned in any way or just brown it and eat it?
I ate several pounds of ground beef a day for about 4 months straight. Good for bulking but my lipid profile took a beating.

When I was living in LA, a guy I worked with at a local gym (former football player from USC) would eat 1/2 lb of meat with a cup of rice (and hot sauce) every 2 hours. The guy was enormous.

when it comes to ground beef; salsa, cheese, and sour cream are your friends. There are more options out there but this is delicious.

I just got back from a mexican food place that cooked a hamburger steak with onions, jalapenos, and green chiles, and then wrapped it in bacon. It was pretty intense. I hope you like fat!
if you want to be big go for three pounds of beef and 1 1/2 g of whole milk. a guy at my gym cant get enough bra beef, whole milk , and test
