Haha well the sad truth is we are all guinea pigs here.
Yeah i will ask and if it does contain it and they can change it for me that would be awesome just to see, however im not convinced its an allergic reaction lol.
According to the pharmacist its most likely intolerance to the medication, if thats the case im not sure what you can do besides change the dose and hope for the best.
Either way i will be watched closely by my physician with blood work 2 weeks after the first injection.

Lots of guys complain of this. Best thing is to keep a steady dose. Stay on a daily dose as well. Changing the dose causes more issues. Most men have these issues starting off on Trt and it usually dissipates. It seems the body is in shock when starting trt and it takes time to adapt… it very well could be that you were low t so long ; that the body doesn’t know what to do with all the influx of hormones.
Usually starting on a smaller dose helps if it’s super bad. But don’t go to low because you probably won’t feel the benefits if the body needs more.
I’ve seen other guys talk about it but it gets pretty severe. To the point I become fearful of my injections because my chest and neck tighten up so much all day. I want to try to push through it but it’s so bad I can barely live my daily life. I’ve had terrible panic attacks in the past but when I breathe through those my heart rate slows. With this issue I just get constant non-stop adrenaline. The feeling of doom I get is so bad that I will call my family members to tell them I love them. I really can’t tell the difference between this and a true medical problem, feels like there is some sort of spasm in my chest that lasts until about two days after my last injection, even at 14mg.
And I get the Influx of hormones, however this doesn’t even happen when I take letrozole, which drops my estrogen to 8 and increases my t level to around 770 with free t at the top of the range. If it were just that I think I would have the same problem with the letrozole, as testosterone in a vial is the exact same as what is in your body… something is up here
I have enough trouble living with low t but my reaction to t shots lately has me looking up hospitals in my area all the time just in case, I’ve felt like passing out so many times from the panic I just feel something has to be wrong. Funny enough I had the same issue with hcg even at low doses.
I should be able to pick up the enanthate tomorrow and try that out, hoping for the best here.
I agree it very well could be the body needing to adapt to change, although it doesnt explain when touchindeez can do a cycle at 600mg and be just fine to 14mg of test cyp and feels like hes having a heart attack or something.
I’m in the same boat I tried to tough it out but it scared the crap out of me and I’m not the kind of guy to give up so easily.
I am starting on Test enanthate this week, do you think 50mg a week to start is too low? 100mg a week didnt work well for me and was getting every symptom touchindeez had. So I thought maybe start low and titrate the dose accordingly.
I’ll have my enanthate (with completely different carrier oil and preservative) in a few hours here and I’m going to try 14-18mg, I’ll let you know how it goes. I’ve been reading more and I’ve found a few cases of repeated exposure to benzyl alcohol causing problems as well as benzyl benzoate. I’m nervous as hell because if the problems occur after this injection I don’t know how I’m going to fix this
Hopefully it works out for you. I’m guessing you wont be able to tell on the first dose since you took a few days off injections at least that’s what happened with me.
That’s another reason why I dont think it has much to do with allergic reaction. But who knows.
If it doesn’t work and cant push through than maybe a natural approach is warranted?

You can start scrotal cream and you’ll be fine. Empower pharmacy in America has this cream . You want the proper cream. Other pharma can make it, but they keep screwing it up and folks do not get a good dose. They switch to a verified pharmacy and they find relief.
Possibly, although it seems the more I try to naturally raise my levels the worse they get. Steady decline for several years… I’ve rarely ever skipped workouts, take every supplement under the sun and eat quite a bit. It’s frustrating enough that it’s caused me to try trt 3 times now, even though I’m conditioned to fear it at this point. I have a cardiologist appointment Friday, I’m going to see him while I’m having the issue to at least rule out real danger and get some meds to try and push through. I also have pretty bad reactions to low dose hcg, possibly because the bac water contains benzyl alcohol? Probably not but I can dream
He’s referring to my last dose which was 14mg daily - I ran a test cycle of 600 mg test e per week for 10 weeks and had zero side effects, now a small injection of just 14mg is causing a pretty severe reaction
If it wasn’t long after the last 600 . Then I figure it’s the high dose that’s still in your system causing ths issues.
Or it’s just a coincidence and something else is going on.
Can you tell I’m guessing and thinking out loud. Honestly I have never heard of this. Maybe go to the pharma category and ask those guys what might be the issue. They are more experienced with going form blast to cruise.
I did the cycle several years ago (3-4 years?) so that shouldn’t be affecting me at this point.
And that is a good idea, I may try asking around. I’ve dug up several anecdotal reports of the same thing happening in other forums but nobody every really follows up with how the issue was resolved unfortunately

Also since your in the US you can try that scrotal cream enackers was talking about, I’d like to give that a go much more than having to pin everyday myself.

Still feeling that adrenaline… maybe a little less anxiety but honestly I feel mostly the same. Seeing the cardiologist today. Hope he’s cool with putting me on beta blockers until this calms down eventually. Constant tight chest… to which everyone’s answer is “testosterone doesn’t do that” lol
Just curious how soon after the injection do you feel the adrenaline surge?
It slowly increases throughout the day starting 2-3 hours after then once enough builds up in my system it pretty much remains constantly elevated all day, occasionally if I can force myself to workout it will go away for a while but that’s it
Again, the exact same, for me sometimes it would take up to 7 hours. Ironically I see my cardiologist today as well. Although I havent started my injections until I speak with him.

Cardiologist just wanted to confirm I wasn’t using an outrageous dose of testosterone, I explained everything to him and he didn’t seem extremely concerned. Going to do an ekg, he is prescribing me metoprolol for my symptoms.
He explained to me that if I have been low on T for a long time that all of my receptors for it are “starved” and that when more T is added they quickly upregulate to get as much of it as they can. He explained that this can cause the elevated adrenaline and burning chest pain and what not, along with a general excited reaction. This definitely made me feel better, glad he didn’t just immediately want me to stop
