Let’s say you train each muscle group 2 or 3 times a week. Recent research confirmed that 4-8 sets at loads heavier than 60 RM is enough to stimulate hypertrophy. How many total sets per muscle group per week then?

it’s simple math my friend 12-24.
depends on too many variables, including diet, supplementation, PED usage, sleep etc.
