I am interested in performing total body workouts. What would be a good total body routine to perform (sets, reps, which exercises, etc.), and how many times per week should I perform the routine? Everyone’s advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks T-Nation!!!
Chad Waterbury’s total body training is a good way to go. Search on here.

Bill Starr’s 5x5, is the best from my point of view. I’m doing it now and have made great progress in both size and strength. If the 3 days a week is not enough for you, you could add Chad Waterbury’s booster shots.
