Good Whole Body Routines?

I would be most appreciative if I could get some examples of some good routines - perhaps training the whole body twice per week. Thanks!!

I’ll second the recomendation on Chad’s TBT training - Damn! that was punishing, but i got great results after the 8 weeks. It helped me get out of a training rut. Make sure your nutrition is up to scratch when on it, as it is very demanding!
