Torso/Legs & Arms Split

Did anyone tried this split?
3times-aweek, ABA BAB fashion, for someone(me) who likes upper/lower split but wants to focus on arms development (crappy genetics on biceps especially).

Give it a go. Keep a log and let us know what happens. Thats an interesting idea

For the past month or so I’ve been doing a split like that.

Day 1: Legs
Squats
One legged lunges (weighted, of course)
RDLs

Day 2: Torso
Pullups (good way to warm up the back muscles)
Flat bb bench
Power cleans
Incline DB bench
Bent over DB Rows
Pushups (Plyometric, weighted)
Snatch grip high pulls

Day 3: Shoulders/arms
Push press
klokov press
side lat raises
reverse incline flies (rear delts)
hammer curls
narrow grip bench (supersetted with hammers)
bb curls
skull crushers (supersetted with bb curls)

I’m loving it. I do days 1 - 3, day off, rinse and repeat.

Obviously I don’t have access to machines, so everything is free weights, but I like how it is broken down.
