Post Your Upper/Lower Split

I am trying to get ideas for filling out my day split and I would like to use an upper lower split

Ideas so far
Bench/Rows
Quads(squat)

Hams(snatches and deads)

What upper/lower split do you use?

My most recent (last month) 4-week phase looked like this:

Day 1: Upper Body*

Bench press 5 x 5
Seated Rows 3 x 8-12
Rear delt raises 3 x 8-12
Dips 3 x 6-8
Biceps Dumbbell curls 3 x 8-12
Triceps straight bar pushdowns 3 x 8-12
Weighted Swiss Ball Crunches 3 x 12-15

*Sets/reps changed each week for all exercises (undulating periodzation)

Day 2: Lower Body*

Deadlifts 5/4/3/2/1
Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 8-12
Leg extensions 3 x 8-12
Leg curls 3 x 8-12
Dumbbell shrugs 3 x 8-12
Decline sit ups 3 x 8-10

*Sets/reps changed each week for all exercises.

Day 3: Upper Body*

Weighted Chins 6 x 3
Weighted Dips 3 x 8-10
Lateral raises 3 x 8-15
Incline Biceps curls 3 x 8-10
Triceps Rope pressdowns 3 x 8-10
Hanging leg raises 3 x 8-12

*Sets/reps changed each week for all exercises.
