Would something like a topical cutting gel help get rid of puffy nipples?I don’t have bitch tits, gyno or droopy breasts but at the area around my nipples, they kinda puff out a bit but not to much. When I press against it, it feels nothing more than very soft flesh, nothing hard. It’s getting really annoying to look at.Would something like a topical fat burner get rid of it and keep it off?
I like it when I come out of the shower,my muscles feel hard and full…as compared to before going in after work…what gives?
What the hell are you talking about Kenneth?! (The answer is showers increase blood flow into the muscles.)
Amyway K, I hate to tell you this but you have gyno. It doesn’t have to be hard. It can be soft & feel just like fat.
If it is not gyno it will go away when you diet down & get lean. If not only surgery will get rid of it…
Well, even though I don’t really know much about gyno and all that stuff, I’m pretty sure it’s not gyno.I’ve never used steroids, prohormones or anything else.I think its just extra fat under my nipples. It’s so soft it doesnt even feel like fat. Also, i’m pretty sure my bf levels are pretty high right now.Any more input?
Wondering about this…hear about gyno and stuff, can we take supps to reduce it? I don’t have it but i am asking…like inc Testosterone with Tribex 500 or somethiing.
I think you should concentrate on lower BF if it’s a real problem. I’m still weary of Topical Fat Burners until I hear more positive results. I don’t think it’s gyno.
it’s gyno dude. but don’t panic. the word gyno is not to be feared! i have it. it really does suck i agree, but dieting down will take care of most of it. i got mine from when i was a kid going through puberty execept i have hard little nubs underneath the nipples, so mine isn’t exactly fat. actually over developed glands. as i have gotten more muscular and my bf has drop down into the 5-6% range it’s really not that noticeable anymore. when i wear really tight fitting shirts i actually…don’t laugh now…tape them down with medical tape. if you decide to do this just remember to put some type of lubricant on the nipple itself cause it hurts like a bitch when you remove it. anyways, i hope this helps. kevo
I got gyno in puberty naturally! You could have gotten it without “steroids or pro-hormones” as well.
Intrestingly enough at 23 using 2g of test per week almost year round it doesn’t seem to get any worst-THANK GOD!
As far as supplements to reduce it don’t count on it. (Although I have heard Arimidex will help very minor cases of it.)
Like I said drop down to the single digits in bodyfat and if it is still there it’s gyno. If it’s fat it should shrink accordingly with the rest of your fat cells…
