Top 10 Supplements

Most of mine i consider to be more inline with food then actuall supplements. In no particular order:

Protein (casein/whey)

Multi-vit’s (Multi, C & E, cod liver oil)

Glucosamine/MSM/chondroit (spelling?) mix… I think its a decent preventative measure for joints that lift weights.

Fish oil

Flax meal

Creatine

I have used other sups, that i feel are good but arnt currently taking, due to either money or goals:

ZMA, TRIBEX, spike and HOT-ROX

The supplement i would like to add on a permanent basis but currently can’t:

Rez-V… I think even my doctor would approve.

  6. Chelated Minerals
  7. Glucosamine/Chondroitin
  8. Tribulus Terrestis
  9. Liver Tabs
  10. BCAAs

The others:

12. Avena Sativa

As needed:
Digestive Enzymes
Probiotics

And I would take Rez-V too, if I could afford it. Perhaps now that resveratrol can be synthesized, the prices will be cheaper?
