Meal 3
2 Table Spoons NATURAL Peanut Butter
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
(I swear if you complain about the taste)

Pre Workout
1 Scoop Protein

During Workout:
1 Scoop Protein OR .2 of your LBM of BCAA’s

Post Workout
2 Scoops Protein
ANY Sugary Drink or Maltodextrin/Glucose/ I dont give a fuck.

Post Gym Meal (4)

7oz STEAK (OMFG AGAIN AAAHHHHHH)
1 Baked Potato

Meal 5
5g of Fish Oil
6oz FISH (YES FISH OMG FISH)
LOTS of Veg MORE THE MERRIER

Meal 6 (Before bed)

Casien Protein OR 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

THERE YOU GO !
Eat that for a fucking month at 160 odd lbs

damn what brought that on? just because i ask questions does not mean i change everything around all the time.
i’ve been very consistent with my diet and training for awhile now. i dont change my routine that often, and even every 4 weeks seems pretty fast to change to a completely new routine.

and as i’ve mentioned before, just because im thin doesnt mean i’ve havent gained muscle. i’ve gained about 30lb. since i started so it’s not like i’m not going anywhere, just looking to go faster.

Well do that then.
Eat THAT big for a LONG TIME, when your STOP gaining weight ADD MORE, if your gaining to fast EAT LESS

And again im sorry if it appears ott, spending 14s in a hospital is enough to drive anyone to fucking anger.

I find steak salad a bit too wooden for my liking…

I love steak.

my fav cut is Ribeye with the bone in. Cowboy steak :slight_smile:

I take my steak rare - medium rare make sure not to lose the flavor by burning all the fat off.

lightly salt and pepper and you are done.

With my steak I like to steem some broccoli and other types of veggies. Also if you feel you dont get any BM, eat some beets. That will get you going.

Here’s how I feel about steak.

Apparently it takes 16lb of grain to make 1lb of beef…
