Friendship for everyone!
I think that when you.
Yeah, true.
I will eat, don’t worry.
Fuck chicken.
Chicken breasts are why I used to drop muscle when I dropped weight. You get sick of eating them (so you have NO appetite) and it takes a ton of them to equal the protein in ONE big steak.
If I do add them back in, it will be along with beef but never alone again.
I got a green man costume for halloween and went out to a bar … can you believe I lost the best costume to some jack ass dressed up as “Captain Morgan” … what the fuck ever … jack ass

You should have hit the judges in the face with a volleyball.

Your blurry avatar is making me question whether I am sober or not.
Don’t ever bitch about having to eat a lot of meat.
Heinous.

Your backwards avatar is making me wish you weren’t sober when you took that shot.
Drink up and fix it!

Yeah, some people in the world only get to eat rice. That would suck.
Man I want a big juicy steak right now.

Steaks are easier to eat they have a bit of extra fat on them, which helps enhance the flavour. chicken on the other hand, nothing worse than dry and plain chicken.
I could probably eat 2 ribeye steaks faster than 1 chicken breast.
6 oz of chicken? Are you a 5 year old?

That’s why you wrap them in hickory smoked (and peppered) bacon straight from the butcher.
Baldy.
I love the breaded chicken I get from costco. It’s awesome.
Learn to make pan sauces. Chicken will never seem horrible again.
Sear the chicken in a pan and when it’s browned on both sides, throw it in the oven (if it needs more time) then try these by throwing it in the pan until combined.
Lemon, Caper, and Parsley Pan Sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 medium shallot , minced (about 3 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon capers , rinsed and chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter
Table salt and ground black pepper
Brandy, Cream, and Chive Pan Sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 medium shallot , minced (about 3 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brandy , plus 1 additional tablespoon
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
Table salt and ground black pepper
Sherry, Red Pepper, and Toasted Garlic Pan Sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 medium garlic cloves , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup dry sherry plus an additional 1 teaspoon
1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers , patted dry and cut into 1/4-inch dice
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter
Table salt and ground black pepper
Anything tastes good if you know how to cook it. I’m half-convinced that not knowing you way around a spice cabinet can be just as detrimental to successful nutrition as not figuring your macros or keeping track of calories.
Edit: Dayman, AHHahhAHH!! Defender of the sun!
