I never said it did. The key word(s) in my comments above are: TOO MUCH. Too much of any food will make you fat.
But since you asked, steak is really high in saturated fat. So, eating 500 calories of steak is more fattening than eating 500 calories of chicken.

Saturdated fat is the devil!! If you eat it, you will surely die!!
Wow, this place has slipped to a new low. “Too much steak??”
Honestly chicken and fish don’t taste as good as meat. I try to eat red meat daily, and I usually get at least 1 lb a sitting easy. I guess my days are numbered.
The reason while you bowels are clogging is because you probably don’t get enough fiber from vegetables. You should be eating protein and fiber at every meal. Try to get at least 30 grams of fiber daily, especially if you have a high protein intake.
Other than that, the only reason why red meat might be clogging your bowels is because you are forgetting to remove your tampon you have plugged up your ass before you try to go the bathroom.
And actually, if your meat is too lean it will hinder digestion. Extremely lean meat is not good for you. Fat aids digestion, that is why most meat in its natural state, straight off the cow is laced with fat.
As a matter of fact, most animal sources of meat in their natural state are always accompanied by fat.
It isn’t until, it reaches the processing plant, they try to remove any godforsaken pieces of fat for anal consumers like yourself.
Do a search online. The ancient Indians found that when they ate just lean meat, without any fat, they would become extremely weak and malnourished. They would never eat dried meat alone (jerky). They would always add fat to make pemican.
For that reason, I always try to eat my meats with fat. I eat my chickens with the skins, and buy cuts of meat that are not super lean and contain some fat. It also definitely tastes better this way.
Also, I find with super lean mean, I am always hungy more often.

The Army found this out during WW2, which is why they reformulated the ratios when they went to the “C” ration…
Needs more steak

No shit. Eat something ya scrawny emo![/quote]
hey well considering i started at 125 (used to be fat, got way to skinny) i dont think 155 is too bad so far. always looking to improve ![]()
Greekdawg: i never said i had any problems with digestion or anything, that was mentioned by others.
looks like i’m pretty safe with steak. i choked on it today it was so fuckin chewy lol
The digestion problems, all of them are offset by eating more roughage.
steak is not bad for you.
eating an unbalanced diet no mater wehat it is however is bad.
Yea I eat lots of spinach, cauliflower, and broccoli so i’m good with the fiber. oatmeal too (but i’ve been hearing now that thats apparently a big food allergen lol)

Dude, no. You gotta eat 500 calories of chicken, instead of 500 calories of steak. If you have the steak, it’s like eating a ton of rocks instead of eating a ton of feathers, yeah?
I joke (obviously).
A balanced diet will be best for the OP. Eating more steak will not hurt, if anything it will promote more muscle mass (when coupled with lifting heavy ass weights).
How much creatine does a typical 4oz. piece of steak have? i can’t see it being too much in such a small amount but i wonder if a larger amount would change the effectiveness of supplementing with creatine like someone mentioned earlier

You can pretty much ignore the creatine content of a steak.

people are way too anal,
mmmmm anal
dont worry about the creatine, the fat,b-vitimins non of that
worry about getting enough protien
when you eat enough dead animals to fill your protien requirments then it is a sure bet you will have enough of the others too.
too much steak???
not possible.

David, aren’t you on the AD? Red meat and eggs should be your primary food source during the week.
