Ok guys, I consume quite a bit of protein and my workout goal right now is mainly cutting with a bit of mass gaining. i consume about 100 grams of protein just through Whey powder, and on top of that i eat a lot of fish and cottage cheese. Now with my goal being cutting, should i minimize my protein intake? or keep doing what im doing? or make it bigger?
No, you should be eating MORE protein while cutting. Control Fats/Carbs in whatever fashion works best for you for cutting.
I never really understand why people use protein over lean meat in a cut. Your choice; but wouldn’t you rather have 4oz of lean turkey or chicken then a scoop of powder?
Then again; it could be a convenience thing.
This post is irrelevant without your body weight and total amount of protein you consume per day, stick to one goal and do it well.

Tt’s always that. I know I would eat shitton of different kinds of meat, if I could afford it.
