Too Much Olive Oil? Other Fats?

How much is too much olive oil to have in one day?

Currently in my diet I have 6 tbsp of olive oil, 100g nuts, 2 eggs, half avocado, full fat milk, 5 tbsp of PB, is this too much of these fats??

Also supplementing with 6 fish oil a day? Do u know how many calories are in fish oil tablets??

but if im having a 200g steak, plus having 250g mince as well, know any links for info on fats and how much is too much???

I dont know if the extra olive oil is doing anything for you. You already have some fish oil, eat some nuts - why no eat the other half of the avacado too?

Not sure how many cals in fish oil capsules, depends on the volume within. Is it really a concern?
