Too Much of a Calorie Deficit?

i think i do.

here’s what i ate yesterday.

8 2 serving protein shake
10 half salad w/ half steak
12:30 other half of salad w/ other half of steak
2:30 serving of yogurt
5:00 pb and banana sandwich on wheat
7:00 banana and protein shake
9:00 chicken breast, lettuce and tomato off of wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich

and today i got sick and feel like crap. i went to bed hungry which i’ve read is not a good thing.

am i not eating enough?

You didn’t give us nearly enough info to comment. What are your stats? How many calories does that list of food work out to? Why should we attempt the math, especially when your serving size was “small” and “half”.

Count your calories.

Unless the salad was a spinach salad, you ate no vegetables all day.

Also reduce banana usage to .9 at a time
