Based on what I’ve seen from female strength athletes like that I would assume something around a ~500# deadlift. Assuming.
“how much does she put up”?
low 500’s sq
low to mid 300’s bench
mid to high 500’s deadlifts
3 time world highland games champion
can PC in the high 200’s
jerks high 200’s
explosive, tough, and smaller and older than most of the women I saw her dominate in the highland games…just an all around great strength athlete.
world class in her age/weight category in strong-women, Olympic lifting, power lifting and highland games.

I care about throwers, because they tend to be fucking huge.

Ted Arcidi looked like a walking wrecking ball. He was bigger than Kaz.
Chad Smith is a thrower and he squatted 905 lbs rawdawg this weekend.
I care about throwers.

Lol I was just trying to make funnies. Any type of explosive athlete on that level is worth looking into, especially for training imo.
Edit: Not saying if you want to become a bodybuilder you should totally train like them, but you can take some good stuff from them.
