I don’t care to dive back into the separation between words and action that we bantered about before, but you seem either tired or disinterested throughout most of the vids.

Was it just from the intensity of the workouts?

Could it BE that the true purpose in asking is NOT in fact to surmise the trainees fatigue level in the aforementioned videos?

??? if you do not wan to smash that big Brazilian bunda you are either gay or have a very small penis.

I guess i will have to try harder…

k…how is this?

this is shannon hartlent.

[photo]34019[/photo]

she is STRONGER THAN prof X.

point?

she is a strength athlete.

X has never claimed to be one.

he wants to be the big jacked dude who comes into a commercial gym and people do a double take when they see him.

he has done well with his goals.

despite the fact that he and his 75 plate hammer -strength machine lifting ass would have been laughed or even literally THROWN out of some of the private hardcore power/lifting centers I have trained at is IRRELEVANT

people need to back off as far as criticism of his performance on free weight exercises on the training lab videos.

more shannon hartnett, just because she is fucking AWESOME and I have actually met her and been on the field throwing at competitions where she was competing too…

Wow, that thingy in the lady’s hands looks like counterweight for those old grocery store scales which are still in use today at some villages. :p)
