Why would anyone care who I ignore? I ignore headhunter as well…because his posts lead to nothing but dumbass arguments. Way spent a good amount of time this past year doing nothing but admittedly trolling any thread that came up that I was involved in. He even said this himself…yet me ignoring him to put an end to constant bullshit is now immature?
LOL.
Clearly, some of you see what you want to see.
This thread is what, 31 pages now? It may be just me, but after all of that, how much have some of you changed about yourselves? I mean, unless in the midst of trying to spot every personal defect you can in my life, you have found yourselves to be truly the picture of perfection.
Please, post perfected physiques and inhumanly humble pictures of yourselves after this post:
Somebody better load up the crickets.

Let me first start by saying that I watched all of the training videos and it’s always interesting to see how different coaches or “gurus” are training people, so it was cool to watch. However, I’m not sure why you can’t see where some of the criticism is coming from? I mean let’s be real, the way you conduct yourself on the forum can often be condescending and arrogant (as if you know everything). Argue that all you want but if enough people agree then maybe it’s time you give it a little bit of credence.
As for the videos I have to say I wasn’t that shocked, you are from the school of thought where you bulk, bulk, bulk and then lift as heavy as possible. Nothing is wrong with that and it works for many people, but there are different ways to skin a cat. Just because someone may be less developed than you or not doing what YOU think is right does not necessarily make them wrong or not as good as you. Your form was pretty terrible, watching the rope hammer curls was painful as you shrugged the weight and used mostly your back. Nobody is taking away anything you have accomplished, you obviously are a big/strong dude. I think you would be surprised at how much weight you would need to lose to be truly ripped and that is why you have never done it. In my personal opinion I think you are slightly scared to lose weight and not be as big, I mean aren’t all of us bodybuilders like that at some point? Of course, but I found that I made the most gains once I humbled myself. Whether it be the weight I use, who I listen to, things I’m willing to try, etc.
I have found that being open minded in this sport is extremely beneficial because as they say, the best workout is the one you aren’t doing. There is a place for TUT, heavy pressing, machines, volume, deloading, sled work, cardio, any and everything. Not to kick you while you are down but you should be further along than you are given age/and experience (I understand injuries, we all have them) but also you have a great frame and could look ridiculous one day. The reason for the backlash is because you are a polarizing figure on these boards and that’s fine but with that territory may come some criticism. Keep training hard.
