Yes I am. I do not have facebook so its unlikely I would post pictures here. I do not video record my lifts any keyboard warrior on here can post fake numbers.
This typically means: I’ve made no progress, just saying…
But for 280lbs @ 6’2" I hope you are Way’s size, for your sake…
Look I am done with this thread. I do not have facebook because I am old fashioned I do not like the idea of people knowing my buisness. Your comments mean fuck all to me. If you see the way I respond to posts you could clearly see I have been training for years and know what the fuck I am talking about.

It still amazes how much X has seemingly impacted strangers in real life via a website. As if you made them question their own training philosophy or just themselves so badly, that there’s been this huge backlash. CT has had X training in a no longer familiar style, at high altitude, geared toward conditioning and not pure strength.

Well said. The sessions were meant to push Professor X’s limits. If he could fly through the workouts there’d be no point in him being there. Do people forget that these sessions were customized by CT for PX, or do they just cast that small detail aside and focus on minutiae like “imperfect” technique? CT was never going to make it easy.

Worst excuse ever. But it’s ok, we know it’s not the real reason.

I’m not even sure wtf facebook has anything to do with it.

You are a persistent guy I agree with your answer but when I write I am refering to a drug free lifter not a pro bodybuilder and not all pro body builders are obsessed with machines later on in ther career eg ronnie cole man branch warren. I will say hammer strength + modern day steroids is what makes a modern day pro bodybuilder. But I like most people on here are drug free and I do not care for the modern day pro bodybuilders philosophy.
Come on man, you can’t seriously believe that. The “hammer strength + modern day steroids” argument you are putting forth is ridiculous any way you look at it.
How so. Last time I checked many years ago when I had a interest in pro bodybuilding most of of the pros were using some sort of machine wherever it be hammer strength or cybex etc. Hardly any of modern day pros build there late career whith freeweight.
Just curious but I get the impression that you’re very concerned about strength. How much do you lift for the big 3? You have no pictures posted and its impossible for me to place a relevency on what you might consider “Bull Strong”.
Is there any other questions I can answer for you hot shot.
the only video I have watched in its entirety is the “shoulder strength” one, the amount of volume used was typical for me…difference I would have done more sets with less reps though…
point being for the people who are thinking that that is a “insane” amount of volume need to seriously look at there work ethic in the gym.
as far as all the jaw dropping outrage concerning all the “prof x hate” going on…I think you would have had to be member of this site for as long as I have to realize that what is happening is severe backlash /blowback form all the years X has been dishing out shit on this board.
I am surprised it took this long.
also, what a cool opportunity for all those guys to get a training vacation like that.
I would love to be there just to get some coaching from CT on Olympic lifting, as my numbers (up until my most recent neck injury) put me in the thick of things in actual competition, for my age and weight class. this even though I have never had any real coaching in the OL’s.

This x2
sorry…x
“x2” on the x -backlash, or the opportunity to train with a good coach?
I think this plays into a lot of the issue.
Most people are reactionary and will see their OWN faults in others well before they recognize the weakness in their own armor.
The internet compounds the issue by allowing people to speak without recourse or the moral backbone it takes to be confrontational in a face-to-face situation.
(cont) a whole lot of other people are in here to shit on a man to make themselves feel better about their own insecurities.
As expected, I got completely shit on. Maybe it was the wording as I was just typing of the cuff. I was accused of whining and told to “Fuck off.” Honestly, I wasn’t whining. I think some people just read headlines. Or they read it in the tone that they internally have…that be negative or positive. Or they got defensive cause it home too much.
The bulk of it was I would love to see people stop being so negative, stop attacks, and really put their money where their mouth is instead of sitting on these forums and throwing bombs.
But…regardless. The good far outweighs the bad. And the productive far outweighs the destructive.
PX…mad props for putting yourself out there. I’m sure you learned a lot. And I’m sure there a plenty that learned not only from you, but from CT teaching you.
eh… It wasn’t even that bad, lol. I’ve seen worse.
Shit you have two ladies looking for the sexytime with you in there.
But anywho… You’ve made some damn good progress man. I don’t think anyone would complain if you started pimpping your post count and filling us in on your opinions about things.

What exactly are you trying to say with this? It’s coming across as an insult to the current BOI, at least to me.
I read it without emphasis on “actual”, which just made it sound really nice.

Easy there bro, don’t get so defensive. I’m talking about 500 random internet warriors who would rather shit all over someone they’d never met than wishing the best for them in future endeavors.
Although I do find it quite strange that the majority of the original BOI members (which I was) cannot post in the current BOI section… hmmmmmmmmmm.
so is the prof going to let us see CT’s sit down ?? I would love to see how he asses a physique. it will be helpful for a lot of potential bber in here. no hatin’
peace

I think it’d be tough to find every single person who posted in the original BOI over the years and put them in the new group. If anyone from the past BOI actually asks Hungry4more to include them, I’m surely he’d gladly do it. We’re not actively trying to keep seriously lifters out, just the faceless douchebag types that are posting in this thread.
