Dude, I captured his message perfectly. Go see the Professor X meme thread. It’s what everyone else has deduced. He blows a gasket when anyone under 220lbs wants to see abs and tells them they should man up and not be afraid to go over 20% bodyfat. Anytime anyone gives a newbie advice that they need to squat and pull (make no mistake - they do need to) he flies in. I’m not even gonna bother to try and find a quote. I know it’s not kosher but I’ll shift that responsibility to you.
Wow, really? You’re going to just make wild claims and then put the responsibility on ME to prove that they are incorrect? Sorry, thats not how its done.
Here everybody. Fighting Irish posted somewhere on here his penis was 2 inches and he can’t satisfy his lovers. I’m not going to find the quote… But trust me on it…
Waaah Waah Waaah. All I hear is crying. Injury this and injury that. We all have injuries. Get over it. There’s too much lovey-dovey do-whats-best-for-you nonsense floating around these days. We all have a spine, legs, arms, and the same muscles that hold them together. It’s not like I’m a lizard and you’re a spider. We’re all human beings. The most effective exercises for human beings will, more or less be the same. And if these machines did actually work then he’d be able to move some weight. And that’s another thing. As far as anyone with an IQ above room temp should be able to tell he has totally lied about how strong he supposedly is/was/whatever.
Nothing would be at issue if Professor X was just some guy in a gym struggling to make progress like everyone else. But for all the bull he’s posted, all the confidence he’s written with. It’s absurd that anyone would just let this slide by.
Again… Body building is not about bench pressing 275 pounds. If you can’t see that Professor X is a very big man, you are blind.
You keep bringing up NUMBERS, when you keep ignoring PICTURES.
Certainly he is carrying around body fat. But there is OBVSIOULY scads of muscle mass underneath. If you can see he is sporting huge traps, shoulders, chest, and a good back you are willfully ignoring this.
I guess I’ve spent nearly an hour today letting the world know that Professor X is a liar who spews out posts of unsolicited advice by the thousands. And letting the world know that he clearly can’t claim any authority behind what he’s said because he’s too weak for his lifts to stand behind what he says and he’s too fat for his measurements to stand behind what he says.
Yeah, bodybuilding isn’t about how much weight you can lift. Neither is fighting. Neither is discus. A lot of things don’t measure how much weight you can lift. But damnit if strength isn’t really, really important. Why would I take bodybuilding advice from someone with more than 15% bodyfat who outweighs me by 60 pounds but can’t outlift me? His decree of only doing bench, curls, t-bar rows, and everything else machines then going home and pounding cheeseburgers clearly doesn’t serve any purpose. There are no good bodybuilders who are weak. They may not all be strong but none of them are weak.
BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE MUSCULAR BODY WEIGHT THAN YOU DO BY A GOOD MARGIN. THAT is why you should listen. Jesus Christ man, do you not understand this?
I will let you figure out how week he is by viewing a very narrow, specific cross section of videos… I’m not willing to make that judgement.
If you wanted to be a fighter, would you take advice from someone who LOOKED like shit and was extremely weak, but won every single match they were ever in? Or would you take advice from someone who looked badass, was stronger than you, but lose every single fight?
Strength is a COMPONENT of body building, it is NOT the end all. Professor X has obviously built quite a bit of muscle (aka - winning fights) and if you can’t recognize that fact, and recognize that because of that he may have some insight to offer people about building their bodies, you are the one with a problem, not him.
