It’s just cctnation and then what LD wrote.
What’s the rest of your week look like? You went through all the bodyparts I believe, is the split going to repeat?

This picture is just too fucking cool. Looks like some crazy cross over movie with Riddick and a big black superman.
And let me say watching you all go at it has been great fun, and inspirational.
Wow - Professor X and Chris Shugart going out for steaks together…
Who the FUCK would have thought that would ever happen??!! : )
That was one significant conversation.

Just some thoughts:
My goal in life is self improvement. I hate stagnation and complacency…even though I allowed myself to become both in the last few years. I am all ears to everyone who gave real advice. Bonez gave a good assessment as did a few others. If you are also after that same type of “change” then please, help me out and even do it with me if you can.
All else is nonsense. If I’m exactly the same even 2 months from now I’ve failed…and that goes for my entire life, not just the gym.
That’s all.

Dude - you got a lot of shit from people over this week at Biotest, but I personally think you did great. You are one big fucker and you have the potential to have exactly what you want from bodybuilding. I’d LOVE to see you at a ripped 225 competing - I’m all for it and I would definitely be behind you in your progress and prep.
It was great to see the training vids and all of the advice from CT this week, and I’m glad he was straight with you in his evaluation.
Best of luck achieving your goals. : )

I suck at everything related to bodybuilding, but I want to say that I respect
you alot for putting yourself out there as you have this week and let this entire
community see it, probably knowing that alot of shit where coming your way.
you are an inspiration for us mortals.
good luck KAL-EL ![]()
So…I got blocked out of the Indigo livespillage thing.
Someone was giving me shit for not putting myself out there.
Here’s my youtube page. I’m no hercules but I’m doin alright. Just started doing the olympic lifts in April but have been training before then. 135lb One Arm Snatch. 195lb Clean & Strict Standing Press. Weighted Dips with 135 of added weight for reps. Muscle-Ups for reps. 140kg deep front squat. All done under 200 pounds.
Someone also said that I couldn’t say anything unless I was training in the high altitude conditions of colorado. Whatever. I’ve made PRs in 100+ heat on top of the oppressive humidity that saturates the southeast. Injuries. I’ve got 2 bulging disks and a herniated one to book. My right LCL doesn’t feel too cool either. But excuses are like…you know what. They’re about halfway between the floor and your head and everyone’s got one. And is anyone seriously trying to deny my ability to criticize Professor X because I haven’t been in EXACTLY his same situation? That’s absurdly dismissive. Keep that line of thinking up and see where it gets you.
I don’t buy this pile of bullshit that Professor X doesn’t care about what people think. He couldn’t brush off my anonymous internet hater self. Instead he sat at a computer for hours waiting for me to respond. He can’t back away like he’s been speaking softly, nudging people with advice here and there. It’s always hyperbole, strawman arguments, and immediately dismissing anyone who says anything contrary to "Eat Big Macs every day and get above 20% bodyfat, No need to Squat or Pull, blahblahblah. Nietzsche didn’t even write with that same level of conviction. Hell, the Bible isn’t even written with that same level of conviction and blind certainty you’ll find in thousands and thousands of his posts. He says he’s just talking because he has a voice? That’s makes about as much sense as dropping trow and taking a deuce anywhere you please just because you can. There’s a time and a place. And if you aren’t strong and you don’t have a physique then the time and place to tell people how to train and how to eat is never.
I don’t even know why Biotest foots the bill for his trip, stay, and training. He doesn’t do much in the way of pimping their products. He scares more people away from the site than he attracts. Come on, Biotest. Invite Wendler, Tate, Shelby, and Meadows over to train. That would make for a sick video. Bring back that Jacked Bald dude who was pressing over 100g. Bring over Jason Pegg - that guy pimps Biotest products harder than almost anyone.
All that being said it’s easy to just sit at a computer and unleash the fingers onto a keyboard. I don’t actually believe that when someone asks how to build biceps Professor X is actually sitting at his computer shouting as he types in all caps. From the videos he seems like a nice guy. Obviously friendly enough to befriend CT and CS. Not full of himself. Really a completely different person than his internet persona. I’m not rooting against Professor X. If he’s Benching 500 and ripped to ribbons by the time he leaves colorado I guess that would be cool. I really wouldn’t give a shit. I’d certainly look into the kind of training he did to get those results but on a personal level I wouldn’t care. I don’t know him. I just know some cartoon avatar that he’s the puppeteer of.
Eh, that might be a lie. I won’t be let down if X succeeds but I do admit to being thoroughly entertained by these training videos. Any attempt to gain credibility by putting himself out there, while a noble effort, has blown up in his face. He’s not lean enough for the body measurements he brags about to mean anything. I mean - 28 inch legs and you struggle with a Mid-300s Deadlift? His bragged about numbers of repping 400+ on bench are gone so why should I believe he has the muscle under the fat to back up his past claims? People try to defend him and say that he hasn’t done Barbell Bench in years. Those Grey Bands off a big EFS Colligate Rack help a TON. That weight isn’t even close to 400. The weight he struggled to deadlift is weight he claimed he could t-bar row, so it should have been easy money for him. Strength doesn’t just up and disappear completely, nor is it supremely specific to each lift. AJ Roberts never trained dips, just bench, but went to Zach Even-Esh’s gym and did a weighted dip where his bodyweight and the chains he wore added up to well over 500. Back in the day the World’s Strongest Man implements weren’t available to train with in the off season. Guys just Pressed, Pulled, and Squatted then showed up and lifted heavy ass weight in lifts they hadn’t done in a year. Glenn Pendlay hasn’t seriously trained in years but a few weeks ago just got the whim to pull 600 off the floor so he did it.
Be smart. You can give someone the benefit of every single, unreasonable doubt and respect every single excuse or you can think critically and figure out when someone has been lying.

Saw your vids. Now, since you’re posting this on the BB forum as a wake up call to somebody,
I assume you’ve built about as much size as Professor X has, in some semblance of proportion?

and YOU, you’re the fraud who CREATED this army of skinny-fat underdeveloped morons when you, scottMcD, sentoguy and the rest of the “DC” guys blindly regurgitated Dante’s work on this forum — you filled the BB forum with a bunch of uneducated morons who can’t see beyond poundage.

Cool. Show me your lifts now.
You understand that body building is about building up the musculature of the body right? Nobody in body building judges themselves by what they can lift, and certainly not by what they can Clean and Jerk.
You are putting nearly 100% of your emphasis on the fact that PX wasn’t able to lift that much weight… Which is almost IRRELEVANT when it comes to body building. The fact that you are bragging about your olympic lifts, all the while being under 200 pounds shows this ignorance.
And then you state, and I know there is a bit of hyperbole, that X’s entire message has been “Eat Big Macs every day and get above 20% bodyfat, No need to Squat or Pull” - Which is absurd. It clearly shows you have not read into what he is saying IN THE SLIGHTEST, and are reading what YOU want to read, not what it actually on the screen. I will wait for you to find me a quote of him saying anything remotely close to that statement…
Body Builders do not care what their bench press is UNLESS it helps them build more muscle. If it causes them pain and puts them on the sideline, they sure as shit will not be doing it. He has stated dozens and dozens of times that he mainly uses machines at this point because of his injuries and because they allow him to target the muscles better and stimulate more growth FOR HIM.
How thick is your skull that you cant understand this? How much time have you spent now making sure we all know that you think Professor X isn’t the best lifter on the planet?
