I still wanna see the fucking numbers.
For you guys, why don’t we freakin’ start to be told what to do instead of thinking our own programs. Come on! the worst that could happen to us is an injury, it can’t be that bad!
I wonder what LaBuff has to say about this thread.
Yeah, what would LaBuff say on the matter. He’d probably agree with Bryck
Whoa, whoa now! Let’s not jump to conclusions. None of us know how LaBuff would weigh in on this discussion. Hell, my guess is that he wouldn’t even bother chiming in. His methods are way too advanced and outside of the scope of this forum.
Now maybe if we were having a “Making bitches cream wit yo hawt abz” discussion, he’d show up to spread his word.
Alright, good point, my mistake bro, sorry for insulting LaBuff.

I just thought I would post about something that happened at the gym tonight.
My husband and I were in the gym together. He looks at me and says, “That guy right there is hands down the fittest guy in this gym.” I kinda watch the guy for a while to see what he was doing. I did like his workout. So I decide to quickly ask him where he gets his workouts. (I know, annoying but I had to!)
He says, (English was a second language for sure)
“Huge in a Hurry. I found the book. They sent it to me. They said if I like, I keep. If I dont like, I send back. But, I like it so I keep it. I do it. I love it.”
Funny thing is, he had no idea who wrote it or what T-Nation is. I love the people who just find a program and do it. No over analyzing things. They just DO IT! They are the ones who just get the job done.
He was “unloading” this week. He was VERY fit and he was working very hard. We were impressed.
However, I haven’t chosen to question her on it because I’m assuming I know what she means. She means that she thought the guy looked good, plain and simple.
And I’m not saying this to be condescending towards her, but she probably doesn’t know where the people on this forum are coming from and/or might not have extensive knowledge or insight in all things bodybuilding and fitness.
1- there is an entire SAMA forum if she wants to talk about a hot guy working out.
2- 400+ posts on this site and she doesnt have any extensive knowledge into bodybuilding or fitness, or where the majority of posters are coming from? that would make her one of ‘those’ people, wouldnt it?
Well, the message of this thread has been lost. It was that a person who switches programs every other week will probably not be too successful. Who really gives a fuck about what a “fit” guy is, because the statement I just made about switching programs is a true one.
Then again I haven’t met anyone who has been serious about lifting not realize this on their own. This probably would’ve been better off in the begginers section…
As long as I’m getting bigger I could give a fuck. I’d be insulted to be called “fit,” and now I kind of contradicted myself lol.
Well fuck being fit, get Hugeee. At least that’s my modo.
But seriously I respect everyones goals and if being fit is someones goal, whatever that means, more power to them.
WOW! Lots of comments. Where to begin? I guess it was a mistake to post this here. I made a mistake thinking that guys actually liked to look “fit.” I guess that word doesnt mean much to most on here but it paints a clear picture in my mind when I hear it. I didnt realize that body building only means “fucking huge.”
Who am I someone asked? Nobody Just a girl who likes fit guys I guess. I like seeing someone work hard in the gym, without someone yelling, “Its all you” as their spotter lifts half the load. I can appreciate good form and big weights. Numbers? I dont have them…they were big ass weights. Thats about all I know. I tried not to watch so much. Plus, he was “unloading” this week so I think its supposed to be a bit lighter with more reps…???

a 135 bench is a big weight for most people in gyms.

The point of your post was fine. It’s something some people need to learn. People sometimes just get too particular around here with wording and shit, I like to just give people the benefit of the doubt rather than jump on them. I mean if I know where I’m going, and I know what I’m doing in and out of the gym, I just don’t see the need to correct people on here anymore because the posts don’t even pertain to me, not even saying you were incorrect either. Thinking about it the point of the post had hardly anything to do with the guy, but rather the message…O well maybe it’s because the of the title…
You can post here just fine. Yes, you can praise an author.
The fools who want to flex their nuts and think your thread is some erosion of “the bodybuilding way” have too much time on their hands and should simply NOT respond to a thread whose message they disagree with. It really is that simple.

Thanks for your post.
I would PM you but I…can’t…at the moment.
Another suck-up who can’t talk to women in real life.
She wrote a fan letter in a PUBLIC forum. When you say things in public, people comment about them. This isn’t rocket science.
And, yes, this is a BODYBUILDING forum. Posts about being “fit” are stupid. Look, I’m not even doing bodybuilding training right now, and do not look like a bodybuilder - as that’s not consistent with my goals. Yet talking about being “fit” on a bodybuilding subforum is moronic.
It’s like when the guys here used to posted in Bodybuilding forums, “Yeah, but I could knock you big guys out!” Even if that were true, how is it even relevant to bodybuilding? I could indeed do some damage to guys much bigger than I am. So what? It doesn’t make my arms suddenly 3 inches bigger - which is the POINT of bodybuilding.
Anyway, keep your suck-up posts private. Your grovelling lowers the collective testosterone levels of the forum.

Another white knight. LMFAO at you losers.
I’m a feminist. If a dude had made that moronic post, people would have been all over him - rightfully so. When a chick does it, she gets EQUAL treatment.
The post was stupid. It was either a fan letter or an advertisement. Either way, it didn’t go over well. Man or woman, you will not be spared for spreading such stupidity.
