There is current one week left in Deep Water Intermediate. I am obviously going to obliterate everything. When Iām done with Intermediate I will begin running a bunch of programs.
Deep Water Beginner-Deep Water Intermediate-5/3/1 with 5s pro main work and FSL widowmakers for 6 weeks-deload-Super Squats for 6 weeks-Building the Monolith for 6 Weeks OR Back to 5s Pro w/Widowmakers-Deload-repeat
Using my big brain, I strategically decided it was the best to run these programs in that specific order. Itās not like some jacked dude with Pwn in his username came up with the idea.

Happy to see youāve got a plan going forward. Are you just not logging the other work on these Deep Water days, like the lateral raises and curls and stuff?
Sometimes Iām on auto-pilot so I completely forget the other work because Iām focused on the hardest portion. But, other times I skip that work because Iām in a rush to get back to my dorm.
Itās a time management issue I have to fix. Student organization stuff, school work, studying, eating, and gym. I have not found the proper balance to all of that. Itās chaotic.
I definitely will bro. I just need to strategize. I already have a couple of ideas in my head. Iām gonna type up a review of deep water beginner and intermediate on my log once Iām done with week 6.
I went into a class in my major 20 min ago to talk about my organization. It was on zoom cause the class was an online one. I didnāt even plan on doing this today. I just knew it had to be done. So a very important person helped me reach out to the professor this morning. Iām proud of myself. Obviously Iām gonna do this in other major classes as well, in person or zoom whatever.
Though, after the presentation I felt like my words fell on deaf ears. Awkward silence with no one asking questions at the end. I could be wrong though. Lets see how many sign up for the events.
Itās like pulling teeth to get people to sign up for a career fair. Itās a bit bizarre. We have really good companies coming out too.
Was planning on deadlifting today but Iāll just push that to Thursday. I did not get enough sleep.
My roommates were being so damn loud with their laughing. The more I think about it, the more pissed off I get. I shouldāve got up out of my bed and said something but I was lazy.
I have a ton of work due tomorrow so this is the best decision
ohh boyyy. This was a HUGE problem my freshman year, especially since I sleep considerably earlier than most ppl.
and youāre a better person presumably. After about a week of this, I got out of bed and banged on their doors and yelled at them.
When that didnāt work, I made as much noise as possible at 6am as payback.
Do you guys have a housefellow or someone to go to for conflicts like this?
Itās just a one time thing. They usually arenāt that rowdy at night. My apartment complex (which is obviously for uni students) has a large group chat on groupme. People in that chat were making jokes and messing with the RAs.
Iāll admit it was pretty funny but one of my roommates laugh is so fucking loud. I can still remember what it sounds like and it aggravates me so much.
I did it. I DID IT. I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!! YES YES YES!!! I CONQUERED MY SETS. I CANNOT WAIT TIL IāM DEADLIFTING 405 LIKE THIS!!!
Not gonna lie, those sets started to feel like poopoo after the first one. Then I suddenly got some random energy boost on the fifth set and 335 stopped feeling like a tank.

For some reason this Walmart didnāt have those Ribeye Steaks I got. Iām kinda bummed out about it. I also didnāt buy yogurt or sour cream. But it honestly kinda works in my favor because I didnāt want to spend so much. Also didnāt buy any canned diced tomatoes or black beans.
