385 felt like a tank and it was with a belt. Sleep is so important. This dumb asf.

Yk it was a stupid move to test deadlifts today. I went to bed at 3:00 am and woke up around 7. Not the first time something like this has happened. Still it feels like i wasted my time.

Well I’m just gonna run coffinworm again and get back to training. Thank the lord next week is much better weather. It snowed again 2 days ago. It’s making me aggravated

Only tm that has actually increased is squat.
sigh. Snow honestly buttfucked me this whole month when it comes to scheduling.

Hey garage. Yeah I’m still at it. I’ve really just been living tbh. I’m pretty damn happy with how my life is right now. I’m not sure why I stopped logging I guess I got lazy again.

I’ve been running another training block of coffinworm. Here’s two sessions this week

Monday:
Squat: 265x5 300x5 340x5 300x5 340x5 375x3
Press: 5x5 105

Today:
Deadlift: 300x5 340x5 385x5 340x5 385x3 425x2
Press: 5x5 105

Yk it kinda feels like deadlift progression is getting slower. I’m not able to get 3 with 425.

Fun fact: you guys contributed to me getting an internship. Yk the mindset change, humbling yourself, and learning from others. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have gotten one. It’s kind’ve a long story but yeah.

Yeah this is like a half-assed version of coffinworm just to keep my mentality in check with college work. I made a press pr with the 150x3. I’m getting ready to transition onto the next training block.

This week I will have to be retesting my deadlift so I have an accurate training max. Deadlift has been kinda stalling

I should be squatting 405x3-5 during june.
I’m gonna be running coffinworm again. I like it so much.

Welp first year of college is over. Managed to finish with a 4.0. Hopefully I keep it that way when I will be there in person during the fall. I think it’s time to change up my training considering my deadlift is just not budging on coffinworm.
