Hell yeah man, awesome lift. Iāve been finding the mental side of squats is definitely a limiting factor when the weights get heavy. Iām sure youāll get into the right mindset next time. Good stuff dude, youāre consistently making progress on everything, couldnāt ask for more!

I had to shovel since it snowed a foot sunday-tuesday on thursday in order for it to be safe for me to lift on the back porch.
Welp yk part of todays failure couldāve been as a result from shoveling.
That being said. Itās a fresh day and just warming up as usual. I find todays performance insulting. It wasnāt even a training day just a testing day.

And yk I was aiming for 5 after this It was just so heavy and itās as if everything Iāve done during this whole coffinworm was irrelevant cause thatās lower than what I should be able to do before coffinworm.
To top it all off itās gonna snow another fucking 6 inches tomorrow. I donāt even know how strong I am anymoreā¦

355x2 is an achievement no matter which way you slice it, you should be proud. Maybe redoing the cycle wouldnāt be a terrible idea and the environment youāre lifting in will improve and youāll be able to make the progress you want!
I started eating 2 meals a day instead of 3 ever since the snow started last sunday. I didnāt get good sleep last night. I went to be bed at 2 and woke up around 7 last night.
I guess ever since school started and it snowed it kicked me out of the mentality. Iām still furious tho. The motherfucking forecast sucks horse cock for all next week.

Made a squat pr on monday 355x4. Maybe my goal of 355x5 is possible next week. Clearly I lost a bit of strength on the deads considering the last time I did them was 2 weeks and one day ago and I got 415 for 5. Well I hope I can regain that strength quickly.

Ok I can kinda tell but it is filmed at a weird angle, depth definitely couldāve been better on like 2 reps but itās whatever. I butchered bar path on the 2nd rep which screwed me over for the set. Still a pr tho i am happy.
