Today was supposed to be the last session of the whole 2 leader 1 anchor thingy. I honestly wasn’t in the mentality to go through more intense training.
Since I was supposed to bench today I figured I would just get the testing over with.

Didn’t get 5 but still a pr. I can’t complain I only benched once a week for the whole 9 week program. I will just have to do more.

Probably could’ve put more effort into this session when it came to squatting and actually doing the assistance cause I didn’t . It’s pouring outside I guess it kinda toys with my motivation a lil.
The squat felt great. Pretty sure I could’ve gotten 5. I was kinda scared tho since the backporch was wet. I’ll just aim to get 4 or 5 next week.
Pressing was awesome. It felt like the volume would make my press grow.
Still working out the assistance. Legs get demolished so i might just only do upper body on the days I deadlift and squat. For the day i only squat i guess i can go nuts with dumbbell romanians, goblets,
Don’t be afraid to stick with just ab work for lower body when doing a full body template. Lot of lower body volume already so your knees/back will be more pissed than usual.
