I tried 405 in august. I missed at lockout cause of grip. I set the bar higher cause I knew that would be easy to get in the future.

I hated how bench went. I feel I was capable of doing so much more. The back porch is so stinkin warped. Who designed this piece of crap. I was basically benching at an incline and if felt harder than usual. Also I got 185x11 last week, bruhā¦
On a positive note Iām ready to smash 295x7 and ohp 135x5 or more next week on the plus sets

I been seeing a pattern. My press is always crap after deadlifting. I got 125x7 last week but I skipped deadlifts cause it was raining. So if I ever run this template again iāll make the tm 80%.
Yeah so i can presumably squat 315x5.
Iām hoping that I can deadlift 405x5 and bench 225x5 when I test next week.
Strict press will always suffer after deads or any big compounds, try putting it before deads because strict will affect deads very minimally.

Met my old press pr in training. Itās not 5 but ig itās cool? Got 8 on deads almost 10. Who knows maybe I couldāve gotten 10 without squatting. Still awesome.
(Full reset after every rep with deads. Thatās how I always been doing them)
