Honestly - and this again depends on my interpretation of your goals being accurate, plus you should take this with a grain of salt since I’ve never actually done one of his programs, but I’d find a Brian Alsruhe program that you can do/adapt to with your available equipment and do that. It sounds like you want to be strong, but you also very much want to look good.
That’s where programs that combine heavy lifting and hard conditioning come in to play, and from all accounts, Brian’s programs are about just that, plus they seem to cultivate a mentality that is conducive to getting stronger, physically and mentally. You’ve done a good job sticking with things and getting stronger, but I don’t recall you ever really pushing conditioning, and that’s likely because a lot of programs write out the lifting but leave it on you to perform the conditioning - sometimes with a vague description of said conditioning and sometimes not.
You’re not the first to do that, and it’s hard to get yourself into the mindset to just do conditioning, so perhaps a program where the conditioning is written into the fabric of every workout will simultaneously give you the results you want and show you the importance of pushing conditioning.

Sorry, what? Can’t you squat in a power rack?
Awesome, dude! Keep up the good work.
One of the most eloquent program descriptions I’ve ever read.

Hey bro, just wanted to throw it out there that if you can’t find a program to hop on, I’d 100% be willing to work with you on programming/coaching for free. I’m working on getting more experience there and I’m pretty good with programming around limited equipment.

Alright so we ordered more plates. So that will be 315 lbs in all including the bar. There will be more ordered in the next 2 weeks or so.
Edit: it will be 405 now

First session of @strongmanbrett program. It’s fun and was pretty hard. I felt like I did something today. (I hope you guys can see this screenshot).
I wonder what a brett program would be like once I have access to a squat rack and bench.
I also walked about 5 miles this morning with my mom. I was a bit sluggish in the beginning

Glad to see you’re back on the proverbial horse dude! Brett’s program definitely looks interesting, can’t wait to see how it all turns out.

@strongmanbrett I done goofed with front squats. Every time I clean a barbell or dumbbells up. I can never get them into a front rack. I blame my long forearms.

All good man, any reason the heavy 10 was done with dumbbells?
Well I don’t have 25s yet
and I know I can’t overhead press 115 lbs for 10, only 7 or 8 something like that. So I just went with dumbbells
