Iād really like to get lean this way.
Cut, maintenance, cutā¦.
Then I can simply prove I was just eating too much after every cut or rather I needed to be more intentional about losing fat.
In other words, even if I was going to build muscle, the fat isnāt going away unless I intentionally lose it.
