I shoveled for 2 hours. (The sidewalk).
Really displeased with the lazy neighbors.

I really don’t want to spend money on Uber.

I get my car back on Friday.

I also shoveled Monday for idk 3 hours maybe. Nice thick layer of ice you have to break up.

Dude, not shoveling a parking spot was a huge mistake.

This evening, I spent 4 hours shoveling snowcrete with a somewhat shitty plastic shovel.

I’m glad the temperature was in the 30s today.

Yeah I think I’ll end this cutting phase after 2 weeks.

2000 calorie maintenance calories. That’ll be interesting.

I’d really like to get lean this way.

Cut, maintenance, cut….

Then I can simply prove I was just eating too much after every cut or rather I needed to be more intentional about losing fat.

In other words, even if I was going to build muscle, the fat isn’t going away unless I intentionally lose it.
