Try not to turn this into a binge and purge sorta thing. It’s too easy to fast all day and then show up and absolutely gorge. I like Mark Bell’s idea that “after you fast, you have to pretend like you never did”
Good call, I have a habit of doing that. I ended up eating some turkey meatballs.

I feel that so much. Once i’ve fasted, its super easy to convince myself that a little bit of “whatever” is fair game. Once that happens, all i’ve done is given up my deficit and replaced quality nutrition for some empty calories.

Next week I will be adding another session of conditioning and another day of training.
Instead of walking I can see myself using an exercise bike.
Given the way I incorporate periodization, by week 16 I will be doing a total of 5 training days and 6 conditioning sessions each week.
I joke with myself and say I’m gonna hate life until October.

How quick are you aiming to lose?
Slow as hell.
I started the calories at 3200 from week 1, and by the time I finish I’ll be eating 1800.
I see no reason to go beyond that.
Man, that is a long slow runway, i admire the dedication and commitment to the process, especially the walks.
Thank you dagill, that means a lot to me. I want to get to a point where I’m lean after a cut and relatively lean after bulking.
