Given how much you care about training, you probably want to filter out any woman who doesnāt understand or is bothered by how much you care. Same goes with social circle. If your friends fit shame, drop them as friends. Most actually successful people recognise the importance of staying fit and healthy
What kind of skill? Iāve been trying to learn Russian and a great hack has been to memorise vocab when on walks and thinking through how Iād respond to people or situations in Russian. This isnāt optimal, but Iām picking up a skill without much extra time spent.

Iām going to make a small change to my training. I will be performing the ME movement after my wenning warmups instead of after all the supplementals/accessories and before my grip and conditioning work.
I only did that to navigate the crowded gym easier when I was doing that ridiculous amount of volume.
The irony is that my training is now going to reflect online conjugate templates even more, itās actually quite funny.
No COC Grippers today as it feels unnecessary given all the other grip training I do. I think once a week is good enough.
Lmao I gave up on cooking, meal prepping, and food shopping. Instead of killing time doing that, that time is used for me laying on my bed relieving myself of stress by doing absolutely nothing.

It might be worth considering that eating like that is contributing to those feelings. I am definitely experience ennui when I eat like that. Steak and eggs light me up.

Tried to squeeze in conditioning, way too exhausted. I tried doing thrusters and my body said āEnough!ā. I was not expecting to train this late, I was going ham at work today and didnāt eat anything all day, so I pushed training to later in the day.

Iām going to buy an air fryer. Iām lazy and this cooking device seems to compliment me in that regard. I can also great creative with it too, food wise.
I found beef ribs at Walmart while going food shopping! They were delicious and I will be saving the other rack for later. My only complaint was that it was kind of a rack of fat with some rib meat.
Is that normal or is it cause I got ribs from Walmart?

The plan is to order one to my parents house this week. After my cruise during the week of Christmas, Iāll be going back to my apartment with an air-fryer.
The hardest part will be figuring which one to get lol, thereās so many. Iāll either get the largest air fryer or the largest cooking device that kind of does everything.
